Our story

A family of five, one great backyard, and a lot of game days

We're Dustin and Brittany Smith, from Northern California. Between us we have three active kids, a Dalmatian named Nike, and a shared obsession with sports, travel, and getting everyone around the same table. We created Next Play Clubhouse because the trips we remember most aren't about the room, they're about what happened in it. Gather your team, enjoy game day all day, and start planning your next play.

The finer points

The details that made this cabin the right choice for our family

Dustin has spent 25 years building fine homes, and it shows in the backyard: built-in BBQ with counter space, a dining table for eight, cornhole on turf, a firepit, and a fenced patio with bistro lighting. The cabin is on the flatter side of the community, an easy walk to the resort pool. The front deck faces it, so you can keep an eye on the kids without getting up. Out back you get a stream and open space instead of a neighbor's deck. These are the details that made this the right call for our family.
